The Jewish Ecosystem
For over two decades, Rachel has been closely interacting with and observing the American Jewish ecosystem. By American Jewish ecosystem, we mean all of the formal and informal organizations and programs that American Jews interact with and participate in, such as all affiliations of synagogues, federations and foundations, day schools, supplementary/complementary schools, Jewish camps, early childhood centers, JCCs, Hillels, the Israeli American Council, and all of the creative programs and initiatives like PJ Library, Limmud, Kveler, Bim-Bam and My Jewish Learning. Rachel is also very involved with the Jewish ecosystem in Israel and for the past five years expanded her work globally. She passionately works to create a more interconnected and inclusive ecosystem on a local, national, and global level.
